We are currently recruiting for the following positions to strengthen our operations team:
1. Officer, MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
As an MRP Officer, you will be the backbone of our supply chain efficiency, ensuring that material availability aligns perfectly with our production demands.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in MRP, Material Planning, or Inventory Control, ideally within the paper manufacturing sector.
* Key Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Excel is essential; proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is a distinct advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
* Responsibility: Coordinating with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and timely production schedules.
2. Officer, Customer Service
We are looking for a communicative and detail-oriented professional to act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a seamless service experience.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English Literature, or relevant fields.
* Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Service or Sales Administration. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
* Key Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset are required to handle inquiries and order documentation professionally.
* Responsibility: Managing client requests, resolving complaints, and overseeing the end-to-end sales order process.
3. Operator, DCS (Stock Preparation)
This technical role is critical to maintaining the precision of our manufacturing processes through advanced control systems.
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in paper manufacturing.
* Key Skills: Direct experience in operating and monitoring Distributed Control Systems (DCS). A strong commitment to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards is non-negotiable.
* Responsibility: Monitoring process parameters, identifying operational anomalies, and ensuring the smooth transition of pulp and paper production. Must be willing to work in a shift system.
