## Position Overview: Production Operator – FCT Fusebox
We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Production Operator specializing in Functional Circuit Test (FCT) Fusebox operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in our high-tech production lines, ensuring that every component meets our stringent international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure seamless production flow and top-tier product output, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Machine Operation: Safely and accurately operate the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery.
* Changeover Management: Execute smooth line changeovers during product type transitions while proactively replenishing materials and components to hit daily production quotas.
* Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections on printed circuit board (PCB) assembly and printing outputs to eliminate defects and prevent rejections.
* Troubleshooting: Perform basic debugging procedures during minor equipment malfunctions and assist with scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
* Workplace Standards: Uphold the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across the production floor.
* Operational Support: Carry out additional manufacturing instructions and duties assigned by team leaders or supervisors.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably with a background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Fusebox Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SMT electronic materials, electronic manufacturing processes, assembly, and soldering techniques is highly advantageous.
* Skill Set: Proven ability to operate SMT machinery and perform manual electronic soldering.
