## Role Overview: Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent pool. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring that we attract, screen, and onboard the best professionals to support our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to final headcount fulfillment.
* Psychological Assessments: Administer, interpret, and score psychometric tests to evaluate candidate suitability.
* Behavioral Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews using Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques to assess core competencies and cultural fit.
* Operational Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely daily recruitment reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and hiring pipelines.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience: Possess at least one year of professional experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition function.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in administering and interpreting various psychological testing tools.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work fully on-site (Full WFO) at our West Jakarta office.
