## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Buyer Canteen Officer, you will serve a critical function in managing procurement operations, ensuring seamless daily site activities through efficient inventory control and strategic vendor management. Your primary duties will encompass:
* Financial & Budgeting Operations: Develop and analyze comprehensive monthly budget plans (RAB) and generate periodic procurement and expenditure reports.
* Strategic Procurement: Evaluate vendor performance, source and compare price quotations, and conduct strategic negotiations regarding pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
* Order & Inventory Management: Issue and process Purchase Orders (PO), monitor shipping processes, and coordinate closely with warehouse teams regarding stock reception.
* Stock Optimization: Implement strict inventory controls to completely prevent overstocking or stockouts.
* Vendor Relations & Logistics: Manage supplier databases, organize purchasing document archives, handle product returns for non-compliant items, and collaborate with the finance department to process invoices and secure timely payments.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* Experience Level: At least one year of hands-on experience in a purchasing or procurement role. High-achieving fresh graduates who demonstrate exceptional aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, particularly with advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel and Word).
