## Position Overview: WWTP & WTP Operator
PT Haldin Pacific Semesta is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of WWTP & WTP Operator. This position plays a vital operational role in maintaining environmental compliance, resource management, and facility utility standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the utility and maintenance division, your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide range of operational and safety-focused tasks designed to keep the facility running seamlessly:
* Operate and continuously monitor Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) installations to guarantee optimal performance.
* Conduct routine inspections of machinery, pumps, storage tanks, and associated utility infrastructure.
* Ensure that treated water quality consistently complies with strict company benchmarks and prevailing environmental regulations.
* Record operational parameters accurately and compile comprehensive daily activity reports.
* Manage chemical dosing procedures strictly in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across the work area and perform light preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Collaborate closely with the Maintenance team for swift troubleshooting whenever system irregularities occur.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this technical role, applicants must meet specific educational, experiential, and competency requirements:
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree majoring in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a WWTP or WTP Operator within a manufacturing environment. (High-achieving fresh graduates possessing robust theoretical and practical knowledge of water treatment processes are also encouraged to apply).*
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of clean water processing (WTP) and wastewater treatment (WWTP) methodologies.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to monitor water quality parameters and effectively operate industrial pumps, filtration units, dosing pumps, and supplementary equipment.
* Safety & Compliance: Familiarity with industrial treatment chemicals and the rigorous implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in a structured shift system.
