Karawang Plant Opportunities
* Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of IoT projects, develop digital solutions for product traceability, production monitoring, and AI-driven vision systems. You will manage project performance and utilize A3 methodology for continuous improvement.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics with a minimum GPA of 3.00. We welcome fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of professional experience.
* Responsibilities: Perform deep market research, identify emerging trends, and cultivate new business relationships. You will manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Management, or Business. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required, with up to two years of experience or fresh graduate status accepted.
Semarang Plant Opportunities
* Responsibilities: Oversee the lifecycle of material management, including receiving, storage, and distribution. You will maintain inventory integrity and support routine stock audits.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Production and Manufacturing Process, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates must hold a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Responsibilities: Execute diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery. You will analyze root causes of equipment failure to develop long-term reliability strategies.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is mandatory for all applicants.
* Responsibilities: Validate manufacturing processes against engineering standards, interpret technical drawings, and generate documentation to drive operational efficiency.
