We are looking for passionate, driven, and environmentally conscious individuals to join our second cohort of Management Trainees. This program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders who will drive our sustainable mission forward while building a rewarding long-term career.
Who We Are Looking For
We prioritize candidates who possess a blend of academic excellence, leadership initiative, and communication skills. Our ideal candidates include:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma; degrees in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering are highly regarded.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking abilities, alongside an active, communicative personality.
* Organizational Experience: Candidates who have actively participated in school or university-level organizations (internal or external).
* Language Proficiency: Advanced English fluency is mandatory for all applicants. Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch is considered a significant advantage.
* Certifications: For university graduates, a TOEFL/TOEIC score of at least 500 serves as a competitive advantage.
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed in any of our company’s development operational areas.
