1. Foreman Mechanic (South Sumatera)
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure SOP compliance. Monitor equipment performance metrics, including Physical Availability, MTBF, and MTTR, to meet production targets.
* Requirements: Technical degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Heavy Equipment) with 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Must hold a POP certification and possess strong leadership qualities.
2. HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Head Office, Jakarta)
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze business structures and resource utilization. Manage talent development, succession planning, and corporate culture initiatives to enhance organizational competitiveness.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR with 3+ years of experience in HC/OD within the mining sector.
3. Foreman Production (South Sumatera)
* Key Responsibilities: Supervise production targets and ensure safety compliance. Plan daily workflows and identify potential hazards to prevent workplace accidents.
* Requirements: Minimum SMK education with 3+ years of mining production experience and a valid POP certification.
4. Plant Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Provide technical engineering recommendations for mining equipment modifications. Monitor machine health and coordinate construction and maintenance activities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant field experience and strong project management skills.
5. Excavator Operator
* Key Responsibilities: Efficiently operate heavy machinery while adhering to strict safety and maintenance protocols.
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK education, valid SIO or SIM BII, and at least 1 year of mining industry experience.
6. Trainer Mechanic
* Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement technical training curricula and assessment standards for mechanical staff.
* Requirements: SMK Mechanical background with 3+ years of experience in mining training. Must be proficient in instructional design and presentation.
7. Dump Truck Driver
* Key Responsibilities: Operate Dump Trucks safely and maintain equipment integrity through pre- and post-operation checks.
* Requirements: Minimum SMP/SMA education, valid SIM BII, and experience operating Quester CWE 730 units.
8. Maintenance Planner
* Key Responsibilities: Schedule regular maintenance, track spare part availability, and generate detailed activity reports.
* Requirements: SMK/DIII Mechanical background with 1+ year of experience in scheduling and proficiency in CMMS or MS Excel.
9. Trainer Operator
* Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct training programs for heavy equipment operations, focusing on both theory and practical application.
* Requirements: SMK/DIII education with 2+ years of experience training A2B unit operators.
10. Plant Superintendent
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance processes and site documentation to ensure high equipment availability and team performance.
* Requirements: S1 degree, 5+ years of experience in the field, and a POP certification with strong leadership capability.
11. Purchasing Officer
