## Management and Administrative Positions
We are looking for visionary leaders and organized administrators to strengthen our operational efficiency and human resource management.
1. Branch Coordinator
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in any major.
* Experience: At least 10 years in the heavy equipment industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a Branch Manager capacity.
* Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent proficiency in English, and flexibility regarding nationwide placement.
2. Area Manager
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in any major.
* Experience: At least 3 years in the heavy equipment sector.
* Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to develop business strategies, strong leadership, and willingness to be stationed anywhere as required.
3. Marketing Admin
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing administration.
* Skills: Proficient in English and MS Office suite, goal-oriented, communicative, and willing to accept nationwide assignments.
4. HRD Admin
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR administrative experience.
* Skills: Familiarity with HRIS software, goal-driven, strong interpersonal skills, English proficiency, and readiness for reassignment.
5. Finance Officer
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Finance or Accounting.
* Responsibilities: Manage cash flow, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and financial reporting.
* Requirements: Strong proficiency in MS Office, deep understanding of financial journals, and the ability to act as a liaison between departments. English proficiency is considered a significant advantage. Preference is given to Jabodetabek residents.
## Technical and Field Operations Roles
We are currently recruiting skilled technicians and sales representatives to provide on-site expertise across multiple regions in Indonesia.
Technical Mechanics
Locations: Palembang, Jambi, Lampung, Pontianak, Samarinda, and Palu.
* Education: Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent.
* Experience: 4 years in a similar mechanical role.
* Skills: Expertise in troubleshooting and engine overhauls. Must be honest, responsible, a team player, and hold valid SIM A and SIM C driver’s licenses. Local residents in the specified cities are preferred.
Field Sales Representatives
Locations: Palu, Samarinda, and Sampit.
* Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in any major.
* Experience: 3 years in heavy equipment sales.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills regarding consumer segmentation, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and possession of SIM A and SIM C licenses. English proficiency is a plus. Local residents are encouraged to apply.
