As a Costing Analyst within the Management Trainee program, you will play a vital role at the intersection of engineering and finance. * Academic Achievement: Maintain a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of 4.00.

Technical Knowledge and Core Competencies
* Cost Accounting Foundations: Possess at least an intermediate-level grasp of cost accounting principles, including material expenses, direct labor, overhead distribution, and tooling investments.
* Quotation and Valuation: Demonstrate familiarity with Request for Quotation (RFQ) workflows and cost component calculations required to price finished goods accurately.
* Production Literacy: Understand Bill of Material (BOM) concepts and broader manufacturing or production lifecycles.
* Data Management Mastery: Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel—including VLOOKUP, conditional statements, Pivot Tables, and advanced analytical formulas—alongside strong general literacy in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Systems Familiarity: Prior exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP or Oracle is considered a distinct advantage.
* Blueprint Literacy: The ability to interpret technical and part drawings serves as a valuable bonus.
