Key Responsibilities

* Facility Operations & Surveillance: Safely run production units in strict compliance with approved procedures, execute timely daily surveillance rounds, record operational parameters, and immediately report anomalies to the Central Control Room (CCR).
* Safety & Emergency Response: Act as a reliable member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), manage safety devices under bypass or defeat, and strictly enforce the "Stop Work" policy whenever unsafe acts or regulatory deviations occur.
* Work Permit & Isolation Management: Review work permit packages for completeness, participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), verify zero energy states, and perform equipment isolation, purging, venting, and reinstatement.
* Inventory & Maintenance Support: Monitor stocks of vital supplies such as chemicals, LPG, nitrogen, and diesel, while conducting routine safety checks including weekly fire water system run-tests.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs), review operating procedures, maintain precise shift handover logs, and uphold high standards of worksite housekeeping.

Minimum Requirements
