1. Trainee Agronomy
* Education: Bachelorโs degree (S1) in Agriculture, Plantation, or Forestry from a reputable university.
* Training Duration: 6-month on-the-job training program.

* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed or rotated across all operational regions.
2. Trainee Engineering
* Education: Bachelorโs degree (S1) in Agricultural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
