## General Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must meet specific criteria tailored to their chosen department to ensure alignment with ETI's high engineering and operational standards:
* Educational Background: Minimum diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field of study.
* Technical Proficiency for Senior Programmer: Strong command of GIT tools, HTML, CSS, JS, and TypeScript.
* Mid-to-Senior Experience (Positions 3–5): At least 5 years of proven professional experience in a comparable role within an EPC or Oil and Gas environment.
* Junior-to-Mid Experience (Positions 6 & 7): At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity within the EPC or Oil and Gas sectors.
* Project Manager Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience specifically within the mining industry.
* Software Mastery: Comprehensive proficiency in industry-standard software relevant to the targeted position.
* Availability: Ability to join the company promptly, with a notice period of less than one month.
