## Key Responsibilities
As a Human Capital Administration professional, your core duties will include:
* Preparing and accurately processing human resources and general services activities at the site.
* Compiling and submitting essential monthly reports, including detailed summaries of overtime, allowances, attendance records, and employee data updates.
* Facilitating seamless coordination and communication across both internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Managing employee administration tasks, specifically relating to employment contracts, national social security programs (BPJSTK), and health insurance schemes (BPJS Kesehatan).
## Candidate Profile & Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience are highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, particularly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Certifications: Possession of an HR Staff Certification from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) is an advantage.
