## Position Overview: Customer Service Executive (CSE)
As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as a vital link between the company and its international clientele, ensuring seamless transaction processes and fostering long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Required Competencies
To thrive in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong foundation in administrative procedures, international trade, and multilingual communication. The essential qualifications include:
* Educational Background: Possession of at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Studies, Business Administration, English Literature, or a closely related field.
* Language Proficiency: Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is mandatory to facilitate international communications.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are also welcome to submit their applications.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of international payment systems, including Letter of Credit (L/C) processing, as well as familiarity with global delivery agreements and Incoterms.
