## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As an Operator at DGAS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless distribution and management of compressed natural gas. Your day-to-day duties will require technical precision, safety compliance, and a strong understanding of industrial machinery.
* Compressor Operations: Master and oversee the daily operation of industrial compressors to maintain optimal performance.
* CNG Processing: Execute safe and efficient gas-filling procedures at designated Mother Station facilities.
* Customer Delivery Support: Supervise and manage smooth natural gas distribution processes directly at client sites.
* Thermal Equipment Management: Demonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of heat transfer components, including heat exchangers, industrial coolers, and various water and electric heaters.
* Instrumentation Control: Handle, monitor, and troubleshoot instrument equipment such as pressure safety valves (PSV), control valves, regulators, and other system-critical valves.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this technical role, applicants must meet specific educational and professional benchmarks tailored to the demands of the oil and gas industry.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience within the manufacturing, oil, and gas sectors. Candidates with prior background in gas utility companies will be given strong preference.
* Educational Background: Possess at least a high school diploma or vocational degree (SMA/SMK/STM), preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Literacy: Comfortable utilizing standard office productivity software, specifically Microsoft Office applications.
* Work Flexibility: Fully prepared to work flexible shift schedules and willing to be assigned to out-of-town operational sites.
