1. Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for executing essential manufacturing processes across various production lines, including Granulation, Tableting, Coating, Packaging, and Soft Gel production. This role requires maintaining production spaces, machinery, spare parts, and tools to meet strict quality, quantity, and scheduling targets under established protocols.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor individual performance metrics in line with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
* Prepare and execute production processes in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Document all manufacturing activities thoroughly according to Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards.
* Perform specialized operational duties based on assignment:
* Dispensing Operator: Weigh raw materials and manage material handovers.
* Granulation Operator: Execute precise granulation procedures.
* Tablet Compressing Operator: Run tablet compression and molding machinery.
* Coating Operator: Manage the tablet coating process.
* Primary Stripping Operator: Run primary strip packaging lines.
* Packing Operator: Handle secondary packaging processes.
* Washing Operator: Clean and sanitize production equipment.
* Labourer Operator: Prepare and transport raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum qualification of a High School Diploma, Vocational School Certificate, or an Associate Degree (D3); experience in a pharmaceutical plant or possession of a valid Heavy Equipment/Operator License (SIO) is highly preferred.
* Must not be color blind, have no contagious diseases, and have no known allergies.
* Physically fit and fully prepared to work in a rotating shift system.
2. Semisolid Junior Operator

The Semisolid Junior Operator is responsible for managing the transformation of raw materials into high-quality semisolid products through precise mixing and filling operations. This role ensures that all processes align with strict quality, volume, and timeline specifications.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and prepare auxiliary equipment for the production process.
* Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and production facilities according to instructions.
* Perform rigorous sanitation of both production rooms and machinery before and after each production run.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum education of a High School or Vocational School graduate from any major.
* Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to hygiene and safety protocols.
3. Semisolid Novice Worker

The Semisolid Novice Worker focuses on the final stages of production, ensuring that finished goods are packaged into inner boxes, sealed, and weighed according to standard guidelines to guarantee product safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute packaging tasks strictly in line with established operational procedures.
* Ensure the packaging system is implemented flawlessly within the assigned zone.
* Operate and maintain packaging machinery and related tools properly.
* Deliver packaged goods that meet exact quality specifications and output yield targets.
* Coordinate the receipt of secondary packaging materials and sterile products from the warehouse according to the weekly production schedule.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum education of a High School or Vocational School graduate from any major.
* At least one (1) year of experience as a Packer in a manufacturing facility, with strong preference given to those from the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Production Officer

The Production Officer plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and supervising all activities within the Production Department, including weighing, granulation, tableting, coating, and both primary and secondary packaging. The goal is to ensure all production runs meet quality standards, volume targets, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan resources, including machinery and manpower, to meet weekly production schedules.
* Draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) updates and internal corporate developments.
* Verify that all materials used in production match the work order picklists and manufacturing instructions.
* Monitor production waste, implement corrective measures for any process deviations, and resolve operational issues on the floor.
* Ensure the security and proper maintenance of production assets, including punches, dies, molds, and other precision machinery.
* Develop, organize, and train the operator-level workforce to align with corporate growth plans.
* Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to optimize overall product quality and output.
* Generate monthly production reports and project progress updates.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with a professional Pharmacist license.
* Open to fresh graduates, though a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
* Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP/CPOB), Good Manufacturing Practice for Traditional Medicine (CPOTB), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
* Strong leadership, communication, and inter-departmental coordination skills.
5. Production Engineer

The Production Engineer is tasked with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing production machinery and auxiliary equipment. This role ensures that all industrial systems run at peak performance, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
* Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting when equipment failures occur.
* Implement predictive maintenance strategies using data and system monitoring.
* Manage spare parts inventory for production machinery.
* Document all Preventive Maintenance (PM), equipment repairs, and machinery modification requests.
* Drive continuous improvement projects and enforce strict safety and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodologies in the work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in engineering, specifically focusing on industrial manufacturing machinery.
* Professional proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
* Willingness to work hands-on with heavy machinery; minimal travel required.
