Key Responsibilities
As a Jewellery Representative, you will act as a brand ambassador, bridging the gap between our exquisite collections and our valued patrons. Your primary duties will include:
* Driving sales and marketing initiatives to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
* Presenting and explaining intricate jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and specifications to prospective buyers.
* Managing customer inquiries and handling feedback with grace, professionalism, and effective problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any discipline.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven professional experience in sales or marketing.
* Availability: Flexible and willing to work in shifting hours aligned with standard mall operational hours, spanning a 6-day workweek (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with 1 designated weekday off).
* Competencies: Highly target-oriented mindset paired with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
