* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the audit sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of audit procedures, financial auditing, internal control assessments, and risk assessment methodologies.
* Preferred Experience: Previous experience at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) as a Senior Auditor or Supervisor, particularly regarding financial statement audits.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven ability to draft comprehensive audit working papers, identify findings, compose detailed reports, and manage audit follow-ups.
