## Essential Requirements
To ensure the high standards of our operations, we prioritize candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the mineral mining sector is highly preferred.
* Professional Tenure:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position/level for Supervisor roles and above.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position/level for Staff roles.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Strong background in costing and financial reporting (Positions 4–6 and 14).
* Deep understanding and practical experience with COGS and COGM (Positions 6 and 14).
* Proven experience as an external auditor (Position 4).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD specifically for road construction projects (Position 8).
* Demonstrated expertise in finance and logistics (Position 12).
* Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin for business communications is required for the Marketing & Shipping Manager role (Position 7).
* Residency: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Sulawesi region (Position 17).
