## Job Title: Technical Head (Kepala Teknik)
As a Technical Head, you will serve as a cornerstone for site operations, ensuring that all physical infrastructure, machinery, and external partnerships align with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Infrastructure Management: Take full charge of the preparation, upkeep, and ongoing maintenance of employee housing, roadway networks, bridges, and essential public facilities.
* Operational Readiness: Oversee the mechanical readiness of machinery and guarantee the proper maintenance and servicing of all company operational vehicles.
* Contractor Oversight: Monitor, evaluate, and direct appointed contractors to ensure that all completed tasks strictly adhere to internal corporate benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this pivotal role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the exact same role within the palm oil plantation sector.
