## Role Overview: What You Will Do
As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire talent acquisition lifecycle. You won't just observe; you will actively contribute to our hyper-growth trajectory by bringing top-tier talent into the BeautyHaul family.
* Talent Acquisition Support: Actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, covering candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial candidate selection.
* Employer Branding: Collaborate on creative employer branding initiatives to attract top industry talent and showcase our vibrant company culture.
* Administrative Excellence: Manage general HR administration duties to ensure seamless daily department operations.
## Candidate Qualifications: Are You the Right Fit?
