To qualify for this role, applicants must demonstrate the following credentials and aptitudes:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates (or those with up to 2 years of experience) holding a D3 or S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechatronics.
* Technical Proficiency: A firm grasp of technical drawing interpretation and the ability to read electrical or mechanical diagrams. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering software is a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, demonstrated leadership potential, and excellent communication skills.
* Extracurricular Engagement: A proven track record of active participation in organizational activities.
