Core Responsibilities
* Financial Strategy: Analyze, develop, and evaluate the overall financial performance of the group to ensure the seamless execution of business strategies.
* Financial Modeling: Manage corporate finance processes, including advanced financial planning, rigorous analysis, and sophisticated financial modeling.
* Corporate Governance: Monitor and evaluate financial performance and corporate-level agreements.
* M&A Support: Conduct thorough financial due diligence to support investment and corporate action processes, including mergers and acquisitions.
* Executive Reporting: Prepare detailed financial strategic reports for executive management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications
