1. Accounting Analyst
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least one year of experience. Property sector and consolidation experience are advantageous. Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting, tax, and finance principles.
2. Agent Relation Supervisor
* Requirements: Creative in marketing campaigns with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Must have a solid network of property agents in the Jakarta area. Placement: Asya, Cakung, East Jakarta.
3. Backend Developer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. 1–2 years of experience with Java, SpringBoot, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of REST APIs and design patterns is essential. Fresh graduates from reputable universities are encouraged to apply.
4. Business App Functional Consultant
* Requirements: Degree in Information Systems or Accounting. Minimum of 2 years of experience or one project cycle with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/Operations). Experience with Power Platform and Power BI is highly preferred.
5. Business Development Analyst
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business. Minimum of 4 years of experience in research or analytics. Must be proficient in financial report analysis, cash flow management, and Ms. Excel.
6. Collection Staff
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Finance or Accounting. Knowledge of billing, procurement, and vendor payment processes is required. Experience in the property sector is a plus.
7. Construction Supervisor
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of field experience. Placement: SDK – TB. Simatupang.
8. Engineering Supervisor
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of related experience. Must possess a strong grasp of engineering operations and high attention to detail.
9. Network & System Administrator
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 4 years of experience as a System Administrator and 2 years in Network Administration. Certifications (MCSA, CCNA, AZ-104, Cybersecurity) are highly preferred.
10. Structure Engineer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering preferred) with at least 1 year of experience. Experience in building structure works is an advantage.
11. Tax Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 1 year of experience. Must master tax, finance, and accounting principles, with strong analytical and teamwork skills.
