1. Export Import Section Head (Location: Sunter, North Jakarta)
This leadership role is critical to maintaining our seamless global supply chain. You will oversee daily transactions and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage import/export transactions, handle returnable package licenses, and oversee customs audits. You will act as the primary liaison between forwarders, logistics providers, and customs authorities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Logistics preferred) with 4–6 years of relevant experience. Proven leadership skills, deep knowledge of INSW, HS Codes, and Lartas regulations, and a valid Customs Expert Certification are highly desirable.
2. Export Import Officer (Location: Sunter, North Jakarta)
Support our international trade operations by ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute daily import/export documentation, support customs and tax audits, and manage invoice creation for returnable packages.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Accounting. Prior experience in export/import and familiarity with SAP and customs regulations are significant advantages.
3. Logistic Manufacturing Engineer Analyst (Location: Karawang, West Java)
Ensure the efficiency of our production cycles through expert material management and analytical oversight.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor production planning, manage local supplier delivery schedules, oversee material inventory, and analyze logistics for kit importation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain. A minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, combined with strong data analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, is essential.
4. Field Service Engineer (Location: Sunter, North Jakarta)
Serve as the technical backbone for our dealer network, providing solutions to complex engineering challenges.
* Key Responsibilities: Advise on technical issues through our support systems, conduct on-site troubleshooting, and develop Field Service Bulletins to ensure standardized quality across all regions.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Heavy Equipment Engineering. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior industry experience is a plus. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and be willing to travel frequently.
5. General Accounting Officer (Location: Sunter, North Jakarta)
Maintain the financial integrity of our operations through diligent reporting and accounting oversight.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage general ledger operations, conduct fixed asset and merchandise opname, and assist with financial and tax audits.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Finance with 1–2 years of experience. A solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK, along with SAP proficiency, is highly preferred.
