1. Audit & Risk Development Program (ARDP) – Batch 15
The ARDP is a specialized development pathway created to cultivate experts in Internal Audit and Risk Analysis. Participants will undergo intensive training to master the technical and behavioral competencies required to uphold the high standards of the Astra Group.
* Recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Business, Engineering, IT, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
* Applicants must be based in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area.
* Must demonstrate high analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
* A strong growth mindset, agility, and a high level of curiosity.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Willingness to travel frequently for official duties and to be stationed at any Astra Group subsidiary across Indonesia.
2. Human Capital Trainee (HCT) – Batch 13
The Human Capital Trainee program is an 11-month immersive journey (scheduled from February to December 2026) that prepares candidates for leadership roles in Human Resources. Through a blend of in-class instruction and practical on-the-job training, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of human capital management across diverse business sectors.
* Fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of two years of professional experience.
* Must reside in the Jabodetabek area.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
* Deep passion for human capital development and organizational growth.
* Superior analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal communication.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic work environment.
* Strong team-collaboration skills and adaptability.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).
