Key Responsibilities
* Documentation Management: Accurately prepare and manage critical export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and Certificates of Origin (COO) within strict deadlines.
* Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external logistics partners to streamline the shipping process and fulfill export orders.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards.
* Performance Reporting: Regularly monitor export activities and provide detailed reports to senior management to assist in data-driven business decisions.
Professional Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Hold an Associate Degree (D3) in Logistics Management, Business, Transportation, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Experience: Possess at least 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within an administrative or sales support capacity.

## Compensation and Application Guidelines
