## Environmental Engineer (2 Open Positions: Satui & Asam Asam, South Kalimantan)
Arutmin is seeking dedicated professionals to oversee and optimize environmental protocols across its operational sites. Selected candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all field procedures align strictly with environmental impact analyses (AMDAL) and prevailing government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Planning & Execution: Design, execute, and monitor comprehensive environmental initiatives across designated sites.
* Reclamation & Water Management: Supervise land reclamation projects, water management systems, and mine closure strategies.
* Compliance & Auditing: Handle hazardous materials safely and spearhead internal audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
* Data Management & Reporting: Evaluate complex environmental data and draft accurate compliance reports.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, or another closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: A maximum of 3 years of relevant working experience within the environmental or mining sector.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of mine closure, reclamation procedures, environmental management systems, and standard regulatory frameworks.
* Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry tools such as ArcGIS, Agisoft, Minescape, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, strong negotiation capabilities, and superior communication skills.
