1. Management Trainee – Vehicle

This structured program is designed to groom future leaders of the automotive business division, offering hands-on experience in sales strategy, operational management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate branch sales data and operational metrics to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
* Assist branch management with strategic sales planning, volume forecasting, and monthly target monitoring.
* Supervise inventory allocation, vehicle logistics, and overall sales team productivity.
* Pinpoint operational bottlenecks and implement process efficiency improvements.
* Conceptualize, execute, and present a sales-focused improvement project directly to executive leadership.

Candidate Qualifications
* Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a closely related field.
* Welcomes applications from fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to 1 year of experience.
* Possesses robust analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Manage the complete end-to-end purchasing and import cycle, from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to final goods receipt.
* Prepare, organize, and archive vital import documentation, including POs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bills (AWB), and Import Declarations (PIB).
