## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently hiring for several strategic positions. Please review the qualifications and job descriptions below to see if you are a match for our team.
1. Finance Staff (Accounts Receivable)
* Confirm customer billing and process payment settlements.
* Coordinate collection visits for field personnel.
* Review and verify invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
* Maintain a systematic and organized archive of all billing documentation.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Management.
* At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Excel and Word.
2. Finance Staff (Accounts Payable)
* Receive, inspect, and analyze billing documentation.
* Follow up on invoice completeness and process data into the company accounting system.
* Monitor bill payments handled by the Treasury department.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Finance, or Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an AP Finance professional.
* Strong understanding of accounting journals and tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 4(2)).
* Experience with accounting software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX.
3. PPIC Staff
* Monitor production plans against delivery schedules and capacity.
* Manage safety stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
* Analyze project budgets and production costs.
* Generate comprehensive daily reports on production progress and inventory status.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Advanced skills in MS Excel and a deep understanding of Production Planning and Inventory Control concepts.
4. Admin Quality Control
* Monitor product development tests and verify quality standards.
* Maintain accurate QC records and documentation.
* Prepare detailed historical analysis of product and device documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing QC processes.
* Highly analytical, communicative, and proactive in solving problems.
5. AC Technician
* Install, maintain, and repair various air conditioning units.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including modules and compressors.
* Minimum High School (SLTA) diploma.
* At least 5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
* Expertise in handling cassette and split AC units; knowledge of Daikin systems is a significant advantage.
* Must be based in Kapuk Poglar, West Jakarta, and be willing to travel to branch offices as needed.
