We are on the hunt for a results-driven professional to oversee our financial operations and ensure seamless fiscal health. Below are the comprehensive requirements, responsibilities, and benefits associated with the position.
Key Requirements
* Gender & Attitude: Passionate female accountant equipped with a positive, proactive working attitude.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven working experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff member specifically within the manufacturing industry.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Certifications: Must possess valid Brevet A, B, or C tax certifications.
* Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in the Japanese language will be considered a strong competitive advantage.
* Technical Skills: Exceptional mastery of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Location Readiness: Fully willing to be placed and work on-site in Cikarang, West Java.
Core Responsibilities
* Cost Analysis: Thoroughly check and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
* Financial Reporting: Review internal financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
* Transaction Management: Accurately record all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
* Administrative Accounting: Prepare official receipts, checks, invoices, and other essential financial documentation.
* Cash Management: Manage and reconcile petty cash funds, handle banking transactions, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
* Tax Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and submit all corporate tax-related documents punctually.
* Asset Control: Maintain strict internal control and accurate records of company assets.
Compensation and Benefits Package
* Competitive Basic Salary: IDR 5.5 million to IDR 7 million per month, commensurate with experience.
