## Open Position: Weighing Operator
We are looking for a meticulous professional to join our production department. The Weighing Operator plays a critical role in our manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring that all raw materials are handled, stored, and measured with uncompromising accuracy to uphold our stringent quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Material Management: Receive, inspect, and organize raw and packaging materials into designated storage areas.
* Preparation: Proactively prepare necessary materials according to production schedules and requirements.
* Precision Processing: Execute the weighing of raw materials with extreme attention to detail to ensure formulation integrity.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A formal education in Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Pharmacy.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Weighing Operator or in a closely related technical role.
3. Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate weighing instruments effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with integrated data management systems.
4. Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with high speed and precision while maintaining strict accuracy.
5. Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of CPOB (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and CDOB (Current Good Distribution Practice) standards.
