1. Barge Escort Operator
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 5 years in the maritime industry, with a strong preference for those with palm oil sector experience.
* Key Competencies: Proficient in escort operations, anchoring, and loading/unloading procedures. Must possess a deep understanding of marine navigation, safety protocols, and radio communication tools (VHF, AIS, GPS).
* Certification: Preferred candidates should hold an ISPS Code certification.
* Skills: Ability to draft operational reports, strong teamwork, and willingness to work in shift patterns.
2. Instrument Control Technician
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferably within the palm oil industry.
* Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in electrical schematics, wiring, and cable termination. Proficient with multimeter, clamp meter, and megger usage. Must be skilled in troubleshooting motor controls, VFD, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
* Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing emergency repairs effectively.
3. Tank Farm Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
* Key Requirements: Sound understanding of health and safety regulations (K3). Must be a proactive problem solver capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of operational experience.
* Key Requirements: Ability to follow technical SOPs, work efficiently in a team environment, and commit to shift-based operations.
5. Boiler Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in industrial operations.
* Requirement: Candidates holding a valid "SIO Pesawat Uap" certification are highly encouraged to apply.
6. Weighbridge Executive
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, specifically in the palm oil industry.
* Key Requirements: Exceptional accuracy, critical thinking abilities, and strong time-management skills to ensure precise inventory recording and weighing operations.
