## 1. Research and Development (RnD) Staff
* Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Qualifications:
* Hold a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in engineering design, product development, fabrication, or R&D.
* Highly proficient in creating 3D models, complex assemblies, detailed shop drawings, and fabrication blueprints.
* Solid grasp of mechanical design principles, material strength limits, bolted and welded joints, engineering tolerances, and material selection criteria.
