## Job Vacancy: Legal Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage our corporate legal affairs. This position plays a crucial role in safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across all operational units.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze, draft, and thoroughly review various corporate documents, contracts, and legal agreements.
* Manage regulatory compliance, including Online Single Submission (OSS) systems and industrial environmental licensing.
* Coordinate legal procedures and provide strategic counsel to internal management teams.
* Undertake out-of-town business travel as required by operational demands.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law.
* Experience Level: At least 1 year of professional experience in a related legal role; exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internship backgrounds are welcome to apply.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in legal drafting, contract analysis, and Indonesian industrial licensing frameworks (OSS & environmental permits).
* Additional Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and demonstrate a willingness to travel for official company business.
