## Application Process and Selection Criteria
Prospective candidates are invited to submit their comprehensive applications through our official online portal. Only candidates who successfully pass the administrative screening will be invited to the next phase of recruitment.
* Testing Phase: Shortlisted candidates must undertake English proficiency and Academic Potential Tests (TPA) via computer-based assessment.
* Waiver: Candidates possessing a valid, DIKTI-recognized TKBI/TKDA certificate are exempt from these specific tests.
* Schedule: Testing occurs Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 11:00 WIB at the BP-SDM Unit Office. Please note that the duration is three hours; late arrivals or those appearing outside designated times will not be accommodated.
## General Qualifications for Faculty Candidates
To maintain the high standards of UMS, all applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
* Personal Profile: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) of the Islamic faith.
* Age Limits: Maximum 30 years for Master’s (S2) holders; maximum 40 years for Doctoral (S3) holders or medical specialists.
* Conduct: Evidence of good character and no criminal record (SKCK required).
* Academic Credentials:
* Master’s Degree (S2): GPA of at least 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale) with a study duration of no more than three years; linear S1/S2 background with a minimum S1 GPA of 3.25.
* Doctoral Degree (S3): GPA of at least 3.50 for the Master’s degree and 3.25 for the Bachelor’s degree, supplemented by recognized international journal publications.
* Language Proficiency: A minimum TOEFL ITP score of 525, IELTS 5.5, or equivalent (TOEFL CBT 195/IBT 61/TOAFL 500).
* Health and Integrity: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit, drug-free, and not currently bound by contractual obligations to other institutions.
