## Available Graduate Engineering Positions
We are currently seeking talented individuals for two core engineering tracks in our Jakarta offices:
1. Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical engineers are the backbone of our global operations. You will be tasked with:
* Managing the specification, construction, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
* Overseeing both new facility developments and modifications to existing assets.
* Developing long-term maintenance strategies and conducting performance analysis.
* Serving as a Technical Specialist to provide deep mechanical insights for operational teams.
2. Process and Process Safety Engineer (P&PS)
This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence and safety. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing daily support to ensure smooth operational flow and monitoring equipment status.
* Managing the technical "Management of Change" (MOC) process.
* Identifying vulnerabilities and optimizing process performance through technical simulations and calculations.
* Leading hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
## Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Eligibility Criteria
* Academic Status: Recent graduates (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) or students graduating by November 2027.
