1. Group Leader Fuel
The Group Leader Fuel is responsible for managing the entire fuel distribution lifecycle, including overseeing fuel stations, tanker trucks, and vendor deliveries to production departments.
* Requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma (Science or Social Studies major).
* Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role.
* Certifications: Mandatory POP certification.
* Preferred: Proficiency in Fuel Management Systems or relevant ERP software.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage fuel receipt and storage, ensure accurate reporting, maintain compliance with safety and 5R standards, and provide efficiency recommendations to management.
2. Group Leader Purchasing
This role focuses on procurement excellence, ensuring that all site operational needs are met through timely and cost-effective purchasing processes.
* Requirements:
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience.
* Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage purchase orders, invoices, and quotations; conduct regular vendor evaluations; and ensure strict adherence to K3PLM (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
3. Group Leader General Service
The General Service lead ensures a comfortable, safe, and efficient working and living environment for all staff and guests.
* Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Hospitality.
* Experience: 2–3 years in Housekeeping, MEP, or Infrastructure management.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate office facilities, catering, housekeeping, laundry, and building maintenance while managing operational databases effectively.
4. Group Leader Transportation
Responsible for the strategic planning and management of company vehicles and driver coordination.
* Requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma (Science major).
* Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
5. Group Leader Production
An essential role for overseeing mining production activities on-site.
* Requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma (Science or Social Studies major).
* Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience.
6. Group Leader Support Equipment (Maintenance)
This position manages the maintenance and repair of support units such as water trucks, lube trucks, and fuel trucks, as well as heavy equipment tire management.
* Requirements:
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: 3 years in a similar role.
* Certifications: POP certification is mandatory. Lifting Supervisor or Rigger certifications are highly preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop lifting plans, oversee manpower management, operate AutoCAD 2D for technical planning, and maintain strict maintenance schedules for site equipment.
