1. Aviation Security (Avsec)
As an Aviation Security professional, you will serve on the front lines of transport safety, ensuring that all security protocols are flawlessly executed to protect passengers, crew, and airport infrastructure.
Job Description:
* Conduct thorough inspections and monitor passengers, baggage, and materials destined for aircraft entry.
* Maintain rigorous safety and security standards across designated airport zones.
* Validate flight-related documentation and passenger data accurately.
* Supervise restricted Airside areas to prevent unauthorized access.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Must possess a valid and active Aviation Security license (Basic Avsec or Senior Avsec).
* Provide a valid and active Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Physically and mentally fit, verified through health screenings.

2. Engineering Staff

Job Description:
* Manage pre-construction phases, including project licensing (NPA & permitting).
* Review comprehensive tender documents such as Detailed Engineering Design (DED), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and Scope of Work (SoW).
* Monitor and supervise construction progress directly in the field.
* Guarantee the implementation of strict Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) measures.
* Ensure third-party contractors and vendors comply with corporate HSSE policies.
* Facilitate project commissioning and handover procedures.
* Prepare progress reports, snagging lists, and project closure documentation.
* Provide ongoing technical support for SLF, warranty sites, and Real Estate & Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* At least 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience in a related field.
* Proficient in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, ZWCAD, and SketchUp.
* Solid understanding of Bill of Material (BoM) calculations and Material Take Off (MTO).
* Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle construction processes from inception to operations.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and field adaptability.
