We are currently seeking a dynamic, mission-driven professional to fill the CSR Program Manager position based in Jakarta.
## Position Overview: CSR Program Manager
As the CSR Program Manager, you will spearhead the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of corporate social responsibility initiatives. This role requires a balance of strong leadership, strategic foresight, and hands-on community engagement to ensure our programs deliver measurable, long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute impactful CSR and community development initiatives rooted in thorough research and participatory approaches.
* Oversee the end-to-end management of social programs, ensuring alignment with corporate partners' expectations and regulatory frameworks.
* Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate stakeholders, expanding our partnership network.
* Prepare comprehensive program proposals, impact assessments, and detailed reporting documentation.

General Requirements

* Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Communication Studies, Community Development, or a closely related discipline.
* Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
* Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating effectively within a team environment.
* Exhibit high levels of creativity, innovation, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to service excellence.
* Primary work location: Jakarta.
Specialized Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CSR management, community empowerment, or operations within social institutions, including workshop and training facilitation.
* Demonstrated expertise in conducting social studies, baseline surveys, Social Return on Investment (SROI) analyses, or social impact research (considered a significant advantage).
* Deep understanding of sustainability principles, ISO 26000 standards, and corporate CSR indicators.
* Existing expansive professional networks with corporations and relevant stakeholders.
* Proven ability to draft professional proposals, program reports, and regulatory compliance documents.
