## Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
To ensure the selection of high-caliber talent, the Ministry has established specific requirements for all prospective applicants:
1. Indonesian Citizenship: Applicants must be Indonesian citizens, verified through a valid National Identity Number (NIK).
2. Recent Graduate Status: Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree. Crucially, the graduation date must be no more than one year prior to the application date.
3. Institutional Accreditation: Degrees must be obtained from higher education institutions officially registered with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.
